More about our camp:

Camp Hi Hoti is located on 289 acres of rural land area in Hebron, CT. This program provides campers with an outdoor experience to understand nature and the preservation of its environment.

Hartford Neighborhood Centers recruits youth to participate in its summer camp from Hartford and East Hartford. Camp Hi Hoti is meeting the community needs by engaging campers in an outdoor recreation experience. The camp has one or more youth-centered goals including promoting Reading and Math literacy to help reduce its retention over the summer months. Camp Hi Hoti offers youth enough exposure to the activities to meet the need or make the goal attainable. The summer program is intentional about building skills, knowledge, attitudes and behaviors that promote academic achievement and healthy development.

Camp Hi Hoti is quality program based on its staff to youth ratio, participation level, experienced and trained management and staff, serving diverse youth and years of operation. Camp Hi Hoti creates a summer culture that is different from the school year and promotes a sense of community. Camp Hi Hoti engages in activity planning and execution that shows intentional focus on meeting learning goals.
